Ingredients
- 1 cup Ahualoa macadamia nut oil
- 1 cup granulated cane sugar
- 1 cup diced Ahualoa macadamia nuts
- 4 ea large eggs
- 1 cup organic 100% raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup Ahualoa macadamia nut flour
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
- Heat macadamia oil in a small saucepan over low heat
- Remove the oil from the heat and let it cool
- Sift cacao poder, salt and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl
- Mix in macadamia nut flour. Set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add the macadamia nut oil and whisk together until smooth
- Stir in the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the diced mac nuts
- Pour batter into the baking pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 22-28 minutes or until batter sets. Let cool & enjoy!
