Macadamia Nut Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
  3. Heat macadamia oil in a small saucepan over low heat
  4. Remove the oil from the heat and let it cool
  5. Sift cacao poder, salt and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl
  6. Mix in macadamia nut flour. Set aside
  7. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add the macadamia nut oil and whisk together until smooth
  8. Stir in the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the diced mac nuts
  9. Pour batter into the baking pan and spread evenly
  10. Bake for 22-28 minutes or until batter sets. Let cool & enjoy!
