Shipping & Returns
Where are you shipping from?
Every order is shipped out from right here on the Big Island of Hawai'i. Please keep in mind that shipping from Hawai'i is expensive, and can take slightly longer due to the long flight over the Pacific to the mainland.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on order value:
$100.00 or more = free shipping
$60.00 - $99.99 = $15 shipping
$30.00 - $59.99 = $12 shipping
Up to $29.99 = $8 shipping
What is your return policy?
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date, you must contact Ahualoa Family Farms to determine the best course of action.
Ahualoa Family Farms will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
When do you ship?
We ship Monday - Friday.
Most orders are processed and shipped out within a few days of the order being placed. Sometimes we do get busy, and appreciate your understanding if it takes slightly longer.
Chocolate macadamia nuts and chocolate coffee beans can be sensitive to excessive heat or sun exposure. We recommend all recipients are present for delivery to receive their packages directly.
We do our best to protect chocolate products while in transit, and most melting occurs at the final destination when left outside unattended.
Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn't sit outside in the heat. Ahualoa Family Farms is not responsible for melted orders upon delivery.
I forgot an item, can I add to my order?
Yes! As long as we haven't already fulfilled your order. Reach out to us by responding to the confirmation email you received for your order, and let us know what you would like to add.
I made a mistake on my shipping address
No worries! As long as we haven't shipped out your order yet, just reach out to us by replying to the confirmation email you received for your order and we'll take care of you.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. It's automatically triggered when your order is fulfilled and includes your tracking number.
If you don't see that email, your order has likely not shipped out yet.
Why am I not getting the free shipping?
The subtotal of your order must be $100 or more. If you entered a coupon code, your subtotal may have dropped below $100. Simply add another item to bring your subtotal back above $100.
I want to send multiple gifts, but it only allows for one shipping address
If you're sending gifts to multiple locations, they must each be processed as separate orders.
Shipping to Canada
Yes, we can ship to Canada!
Please be aware that any additional charges related to local customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Do you have a physical location?
We do! Our address is 45-3279 Mamane St. Honokaa, HI 96727.
What are your hours?
We're at The Nuthouse (our farm store) weekdays, 8am-4pm and weekends occasionally (call for hours). You can also find us at the Saturday Farmers Market located at Waimea Town Market at Parker School from 7:30am - 12pm.
