Macadamia Nut Pancakes

Ingredients

Mix

  1. Empty pancake mix into a large bowl
  2. Add water and mix together - batter should be slightly lumpy
  3. Let mixture stand for 2 minutes

Cook

  1. Pre-heat pan or griddle to 375°F and lightly grease to prevent sticking
  2. Use ¼ cup of batter per pancake
  3. Cook 1 to 1 ¼ minutes per side
  4. Flip pancake once
  5. Top with our Mac butter or Mac Nella spread or your favorite syrup
