Ingredients
- (1) 11 oz Ahualoa macadamia nut pancake mix
- 1 ⅓ cup water
- 1 tbsp Ahualoa mac butter spread
Mix
- Empty pancake mix into a large bowl
- Add water and mix together - batter should be slightly lumpy
- Let mixture stand for 2 minutes
Cook
- Pre-heat pan or griddle to 375°F and lightly grease to prevent sticking
- Use ¼ cup of batter per pancake
- Cook 1 to 1 ¼ minutes per side
- Flip pancake once
- Top with our Mac butter or Mac Nella spread or your favorite syrup
